Bikram Yoga 90
We offer the traditional 90-minute hot yoga classes. Each class is a rigorous series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares specific muscles, ligaments and joints for the next posture
Express 60
The 60 minute Express class was derived from and inspired by the Bikram Yoga sequence. It includes all of the same postures and breathing exercises, most performed one time. It is suitable for all levels.
Express Warm

Please join us for our special one hour class welcoming kids and youth to join the adults in a “warm” version of an Express class instructed at a lower temperature (about 10 degrees cooler than normal). This is also the perfect class for those who are anxious about the temperature or length of the traditional Bikram Yoga class.

Kids and their parents – please arrive 20 minutes prior to class to sign-in (and register, if new to our studio).
During the standing series (first part of class), adults and youth ages 13-17 practice as usual, and kids 12 and under remain in the lobby with quiet, still activities.
At the mid-class savasana, kids 12 and under join the class and practice the floor series only (last part of class). Once interest, motivation, discipline, and temperature tolerance are sufficient, youth may be allowed to practice the full class. Please speak with the teacher in advance with any questions.
For this class, Kids ages 6-12 practice the floor series for $5 cash and Youth ages 13-17 may practice the full class for $10 cash.

Parents pay the usual rate (introductory membership, regular membership, drop-in, class card, etc).
Please note, there are no drop-offs permitted. There must be a parent/guardian in the building for anyone under the age of 16.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is an upbeat, energetic 60-minute mat class with music that sculpts and tones your entire body, strengthens your core and improves your cardiovascular system!
It’s a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Farenheit and 40% humidity. It is an intense, full body workout, designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health.
Yin Yoga

60 min class penetrates deep into connective tissue and fascia, expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. Focusing on static movement, breath work and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. In Yin Yoga, you are encouraged to NOT use your muscles, and passive poses are held for several minutes.
