This studio is a great place to practice Hot yoga. I’d always heard that Bikram was aggressive and “pushy” so I was quite apprehensive. But Ravinder is a warm (no pun intended!) and wonderful teacher; welcoming and encouraging. The work out is intense in a good way, and after a few months, lower back pain and knee pain which I’ve had for years had completely disappeared. The staff are all great. Danny, Ryan and Jana give really helpful individual advice on improving your technique. I always feel better after a session here, and there is such a great family vibe. Recommended!
