“What are the benefits of doing yoga in 105 degrees?”, you ask…I’ll fill you in on huge, life-changing one.  I’ve struggled with high blood pressure and slight vertigo for many years.  With proper nutrition and intentional yoga practice at Hot For Yoga, my pressure has dropped down to better than normal….without medication…woohoo!!!  In addition, my energy and mood levels have increased, my ability to focus has improved, my flexibility and mobility is much more fluid.  Bonus is the community of humans who attend this studio.  Ravinder, the owner, has cultivated an environment where you feel safe, seen and appreciated.
