I’ve always loved hot yoga.  Nothing else gives me the high I get, mind, body and soul.  So when a bad MS flare-up knocked out the nerve connections for my balance, I thought yoga was gone from me forever.  Fast forward a few years, besides occasionally running into walls, I was out of shape, overweight and not finding anything to replace that high.  Then I saw Hot For Yoga and decided to go back to the heat.  I figured if my nerves can’t make the connection, maybe muscle memory and strength can.  While I watch admiring others try to perfect their standing bow, I’m excited to balance on one foot for 60 seconds!  In a few short months I’ve lost 20 lbs. and feel better than I’ve felt in years.  
My story isn’t unique. We all do the best our body can do today.  
Someday I may get that perfect bow too, for now I’m so grateful for this studio, the teachers and for Ravinder for creating the best little hot yoga studio around.
