I’ve been to Hot For Yoga twice and it’s been a great experience. I definitely feel like I got a good workout. I normally don’t sweat a lot, even in hot yoga, but I was sweaty after both classes and felt like I’d done a good class. It’s challenging, but not crazy difficult and Ravinder was great about demonstrating and making suggestions about adjusting position. I wish I could go more often, but my schedule is little crazy. I’ll definitely try to go more often.
